Responsibilities
- Design and installation of IBM MQ and/or Rabbit MQ, deploying enterprise applications, installation, and configuration.
- Provide second or third level support to application and developers.
- Undertake documentation, tracking and resolution of issues, monitor recurring issues and suggest long term solutions for such issues.
- Participate in and potentially lead projects to implement or enhance development services and automated solutions.
- Work closely with the business and IT to develop cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex requirements.
- Recommend and design new technologies and solutions, including hardware and software, and provide documentation for projects.
- Deliver assignments within specified time frames and adhere to all established standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate new technologies to solve business requirements.
