The Brazil Inbound team (BRIO) is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to distribution centers, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand. Within BRIO, the Inbound Delivery Experience (IB DEX) function is a critical operational pillar that owns the end‑to‑end inbound delivery experience across Retail, FBA, and Transportation flows, ensuring units move from selling partners to Amazon’s fulfillment centers predictably, efficiently, and without unnecessary friction.

The IB Delivery Experience Leader will own the strategic direction and operational execution of the IB DEX function, orchestrating the complete inbound delivery journey from scheduling and capacity utilization through carrier execution and on‑site receipt.
