From our on-site location in Savage, MN, you’ll field inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate with our Outside Sales teammates, and offer first-line technical guidance that keeps customers moving.

You start by reviewing overnight requests, prioritizing urgent pricing and availability checks. You jump into our ERP to enter component and sub-assembly quotes, pick up overflow calls on common product lines, and provide updates on order status. Midday, you troubleshoot a basic system question, collaborate with an Outside Sales partner on a dedicated account’s service needs, and negotiate to maintain healthy margins.
