Hydraulic Drillers
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Downtown Victoria
Pay Rate: $40.07 - 47.16 per hour (based on candidate's experience level), plus 12% vacation/statutory holiday pay
About The Role
You are responsible for working with a team of other Shoring, Anchoring and Blasting professionals to operate the drilling equipment as needed on‑site at projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide daily drilling support to the on‑site team
- Responsible for daily production tracking and maintaining accurate drill logs
- Use drilling expertise to troubleshoot on‑site equipment issues
- Train and mentor junior drillers and developing workers while maintaining quality control
- Ensure services are located and marked before drilling
- Assess and select appropriate tooling based on site conditions and job requirements
