Hybrid Technical Program Manager — Scale AI Infra (Helsinki)

Verda is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help identify and remove bottlenecks as the company scales its infrastructure, products, and teams. You will lead large cross-functional programs, design scalable processes, and take a hands-on approach when necessary to keep critical initiatives moving forward.

You will build dashboards and operate with a data-driven mindset, coordinating with engineering, data, and business teams to drive alignment and successful execution.
