Hybrid SRE Engineer: Cloud Reliability & Automation

HSBC is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our Global Service Center in Mexico City. You will help stabilize and scale our cloud-based production environments and contribute to automation and reliability across services.

In this hybrid role, you will deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes, implement monitoring and SLOs/SLIs, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to drive improvements.
