As an Operations Analyst, you will analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities within BCMEA’s training programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to work with the Operations Supervisor, Dispatch, and various stakeholders. Your input will be crucial in managing training programs and responding to dynamic industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide weekly analytical assessments on training programs
• Manage core competencies like payroll and rating adjustments
• Act as the main contact for training program details
• Collaborate with BCMEA Dispatch on supply/demand dynamics
• Produce slide decks for co-management meetings
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations
