Softgic in Medellín, Colombia seeks an IT Support & Systems Administrator to deliver Level 1–2 helpdesk support while managing Microsoft 365, Windows infrastructure, and cloud services. This hybrid role balances ticket-driven work with systems administration to ensure reliable IT services and a high-quality end-user experience.
You will administer Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and basic Azure, support workstations and printers, and troubleshoot network and VPN issues
