Opportunity Description

Eli Lilly is hiring an HR Generalist for a 12-month contract to enhance employee experience and manage benefits coordination in a hybrid structure. You will serve as the main HR support for POINT Canada.
In this role, you'll directly assist employees and frontline leaders, navigating day-to-day HR inquiries and improving employee lifecycle events. Your work will contribute significantly to the overall quality of HR interactions while supporting HR Business Partners. This position involves both employee-facing support and benefits management, crucial to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary HR contact for POINT Canada employees
• Provide support for daily HR inquiries, including onboarding
• Enhance employee experiences during key lifecycle moments
