Hybrid Customer Support Specialist – Tools & Outdoor

Stanley Black & Decker in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Tools & Outdoor team as a hybrid employee. You will handle inquiries across calls, email, web, and fax while meeting KPIs and supporting sales and service personnel.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 6 months to 1 year in customer service, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office plus SAP/Salesforce/Zendesk is preferred.
