Duties and Responsibilities

• HVAC technician duties and responsibilities involve maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting Air Makeup, Exhaust, Heating, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning, and Chilled Water Systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Work with outside vendors, engineers, and consultants on project-related or affecting Air Makeup, Exhaust, Heating, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning, and Chilled Water Systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions on the systems.
• Perform inspections to identify potential problems before a full breakdown.
