HVAC Operations Supervisor – Cross-Regional- Full Time
Position Description: Reporting to Building Systems Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of building mechanical systems across the portfolio. The Supervisor acts as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and contractor coordination. In collaboration with our interdisciplinary teams, you will work within programs that support residents experiencing mental health concerns and/or substance use who require supports to maintain housing stability.
Hours of Work: Full Time – 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm with some flexibility.
