**Description**

**General Summary**

Primarily performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, servicing and programming of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Commercial and Industrial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Systems (HVACR), Exhaust Fans, Return Fans, Make Up Air Fans, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Pneumatic and Mechanical systems. Electrical Motors, Belt, Direct Driven of various size motors and horsepower. Performs duties to support energy sustainment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Understands the proper procedures to filling out all required paperwork (Time Sheet, Parts Order Forms, etc.)
+ Performs a variety of duties related to trouble call, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, within the assigned timeframe.
+ Ability to perform work with limited or no supervision.
