- Proficient in CAFM System for reviewing and closing HVAC related work request.
- Responsible for preparing RFEs and Maintaining HVAC-related documentation
- Coordinate material arrangements and distribution as per the site requirements.
- Supervise and lead a team of 10+ HVAC technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across commercial and critical infrastructure facilities.
