Agilus by Synergie is looking for a Senior Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer in Windsor, Ontario. Lead innovative projects while leveraging your expertise in HVAC systems design and team management.
In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 8-12 engineers and engage in project management within the engineering industry. Your responsibilities will include developing mechanical systems designs for heating, cooling, and energy conservation initiatives. You will also seek new technologies and ensure project compliance through effective consultation with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
