Human Resources/Labour Relations Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Manager, HR & Labour Relations to support our Cambridge and Owen Sound manufacturing facilities. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to operational leaders, helping them build strong teams, navigate labour relations matters, and create a positive, productive workplace. You’ll lead HR and LR strategies across union and non‑union groups, oversee talent acquisition, support leadership development, and act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.

You’ll also serve as the company’s primary liaison with the United Steelworkers (USW) and lead collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and arbitration preparation. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape labour relations strategies, strengthen partnerships with leaders and union partners, and influence the employee experience across our component operations.
