Human Resources Supervisor

Role Overview We are seeking an HR Specialist or HR Supervisor to join our team in Kenya. The ideal candidate should be either a strong HR generalist or possess expertise in one or two HR functional areas. This role requires close collaboration with regional and global HR teams to support business objectives and ensure the effective delivery of HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategically support the HR team to effectively assist business managers. Assist the Overseas HR Leader and Regional HR Manager for Africa in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and local policy interpretation. Provide HR support in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management within Kenya and potentially across East Africa.
