The incumbent provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of human resources management, directly shaping the agency's workforce and employee relations landscape. Administers HR programs and projects, applying federal laws and agency policies across performance management, incentive awards, leave, and discipline to meet organizational goals and ensure compliance. Advises on employee relations matters, such as discipline, grievances, and performance, by researching cases, preparing formal responses, and maintaining accurate case files to support all actions.
