Summary This HR Specialist (HRD) position is located in National Science Foundation. The primary purpose of the position is to provide administrative and technical support for learning and development program activities for NSF staff in support of the agency's vision, mission, and strategic goals. Responsibilities This is a developmental position leading to full performance at the GS-12 level. Selections will only be made at the GS-07 level. As a Human Resources Specialist (HR Development), you will perform the following duties: Provide administrative and logistical support for learning and development programs by managing participant registration, assigning courses to NSF staff in the learning management system (LMS), and supporting higher-graded specialists in creating, updating, and conducting learning courses or programs.
