Opportunity Description

Become a key player in labour relations at DCM as a Human Resources Labour Relations Business Partner in Montreal and Drummondville, QC. This full time, hybrid position allows you to bridge management and union communications. In this role, you will support DCM’s unionized sites, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements while partnering with HR and leadership. You are responsible for training managers in effective labour relations practices and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations and positive employee relations.
