The Human Resources Officer will work with employees with occupational and non-occupational illness or injury, including the return to work process. The Human Resources Officer will review and advise on compliance with collective agreements, employment contracts and current related legislation. The Human Resources Officer will implement WSIB processes, and develop, deliver and monitor training programs. Occasional travel throughout the jurisdiction of the Board may be required.
