Drive HR initiatives as the Human Resources Manager for Redstone Food Group, a commercial bakery. Oversee HR operations and support a workforce in a fast-paced, non-union environment.
As a hands-on generalist, the Human Resources Manager will deliver full HR support for four operating plants with around 150 employees. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance with ESA standards, and policy development. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing strategic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
• Coach supervisors on performance and policies
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
