Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and employment contract drafts.
- Research Philippine labor laws and provide HR compliance guidance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking for key IT positions.
- Build a database of IT candidates and sourcing channels.
- Identify potential local and international clients for IT staff augmentation.
- Perform competitor and market analysis on recruitment services.
