Key Accountabilities
- Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering: Partner with EXCO and business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and people strategy.
- HR Operations, Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory obligations, governance and HR policy frameworks.
- Talent Management & Organizational Development: Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development and HR transformation initiatives.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Champion engagement, employee relations, grievance handling, onboarding and retention.
- Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Oversight: Oversee payroll, benefits, insurance and rewards programs.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Provide executive reporting and workforce insights for decision making.
