Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee benefit program compliance and efficiency
• Administrative support for HR Manager and department
• Manage employee profiles and address administrative needs
• Coordinate disability management and workplace accommodations
• Assist with Workers’ Compensation and support employees
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 4 years related experience as a Benefits Coordinator
