Opportunity Description
- Provide support to employees on all matters related to Human Resources, answering questions and providing information.
- Perform all activities related to time and attendance management processes to comply with legal requirements and internal procedures, monitoring updates resulting from collective bargaining agreements and union conventions, and ensuring proper adjustments in the payroll system.
- Handle inquiries related to medical certificates, time declarations, and leaves of absence.
- Perform system configurations such as setting up time banks (compensatory hours), adjusting schedules and shifts, and ensuring all configurations comply with collective agreements and labor laws.
- Register employees in the time and attendance system, review and validate records and monthly closures to calculate overtime, absences, and tardiness for accurate payroll processing.
