About the Role
This position provides a high level of human resource services related to employee relations, workplace policies and practices, performance management, discipline and termination, employment law, employment contracts, succession, workforce planning, and salary and compensation. This position links management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, and striving to resolve work-related issues.
Duties/Responsibilities include
- Work with Senior Management, Branch Managers, Supervisors, and other staff to provide fundamental human resource services as required.
- To provide professional advice to managers and supervisors, particularly regarding individual managers' departmental responsibilities.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment processes.
