<p>The Regional Implementation Lead will play a critical role in supporting the successful deployment of the Community Care Record within the Mid West Health Region. Working closely with the National Programme Team, regional service leaders and frontline staff, the post holder will lead implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, service readiness, change management and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes and benefits for staff, service users and patients.</p>
