As an HSE Specialist at ERG, you will play a pivotal role in submitting HSE procedures that meet specific client requirements. You will establish a sustainable management approach for HSE activities and support site personnel in applying HSE protocols effectively. Your expertise will ensure ongoing monitoring of high-risk hazards and clarity in responsibilities across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop fit-for-purpose HSE procedures and controls
• Establish sustainable HSE management strategies
• Review, adapt, and formalize existing HSE protocols
• Support site personnel with HSE procedure application
• Monitor high-risk hazards with defined controls
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HSE or related field
• Minimum 7 years of industrial HSE experience
