- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure HSE programs are practical and alignment with operational realities and industry best practices.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative HSE practices from across districts and the broader industry for corporate adoption.
- Implement identified improvements into core HSE management system processes—including Incident Management, Risk Management, and Assurance—by integrating leading practices and supporting their implementation across the organization.
