HR/Payroll Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an HR / Payroll Specialist to support a growing HR team by providing administrative support to HR Business Partners while assisting the HR Manager with payroll-related responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding efforts, assisting with employee inquiries, and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date. On a daily basis, they will help coordinate payroll activities, audit employee information, process payroll changes, maintain compliance-related documentation, and partner with employees and leadership to resolve payroll and HR-related questions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both HR operations and payroll functions in a fast-paced environment.
