Key Responsibilities Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations. Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights. Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions. Workday Reporting/Analytics Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, and other people analytics tools as needed.
