Partenaire d'affaires RH/HR Business Partner Administration Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken ~ Support managers in their leadership positions, helping them to develop empowerment and autonomy when faced with HR challenges (conflicts, workforce planning, structuring, hiring requirements, etc.)~Provide support and follow-up to employees facing problems and direct them to the appropriate resources ~Acts as a strategic partner to managers to support performance, engagement, and organizational transformation ~Diagnose any issues, coach the manager, and, when required, draft disciplinary measures (disciplinary notice, suspension, termination of employment)~Analyze and establish terms of termination of administrative employment ~Communicate important HR information ~Understand, take the pulse of team cohesiveness, and serve as the ambassador for successful change ~On request, contribute to different HR projects ~Analyze collaborators' salaries, ensuring internal equity...
