Role Overview
As the HR Talent Advisor, Employee Experience you serve as a consultative partner to employees across multiple agencies within the Plus Company Toronto office. In this role, you will report to the Talent Director, Employee Experience and provide expert guidance on the entire employee lifecycle, interpret and enforce workplace policies, mitigate organizational risk, and champion cultural initiatives.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Advisory Services
- Trusted Counsel: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for managers and employees on complex workplace matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Leave & Lifecycle Management: Oversee and advise on complex life‑event leaves (including maternity, STD/LTD), ensuring compliance, compassionate delivery, and successful return-to-work transitions.
