General Purpose of this Job
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall human resources strategy for Cementation Mining Mexico (CMM).
Human Resources is responsible for strategic implementation and oversight of all HR programs in alignment with organizational goals.
HR Responsibilities
Manage the HR support team at the current Mexico site(s)
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‐to‐day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Provide day‐to‐day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
