Responsibilities

• Administers Cafeteria and Transportation services through selected vendors.
• Verifies services provided are within agreed terms per contract regarding cost, quality and service.
• Performs periodic audits to assure service alignment to contractual conditions and invoice accuracy.
• Partners with vendors to measure service and improvement proposals.
• Is accountable for employee satisfaction metrics for cafeteria and transportation services.
• Administers the Cafeteria and Transportation Committees, verifies active participation of members in incident reporting and promotes generation and implementation of improvement actions.
• Responsible for evaluating risks that may lead to service failures and for seeking solutions and managing necessary support to mitigate them.
