We are seeking a bilingual HR Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders with HR‑related questions and requests. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, web requests, and in‑person interactions.
