Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the MARINE CORPS CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will apply a full range of information gathering and decision making; and analyze complex recruitment and classification issues and problems. You will assist in developing short and long-range staffing plans to forecast mission requirements. You will assess employee turnover patterns and review technological changes and local labor market conditions to provide advise to managers on future staffing strategies. You will advise managers on creating cost effective and efficient organizations, proper job designs, supervisory ratio, organization and position structures. You will review position descriptions for accuracy, recommending proper title, series and grade in accordance with appropriate classification standards and guidelines.
