Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-09, you will serve as a senior personnel NCO and have responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the accomplishment of work performed in the areas of personnel management and administration. Serves as an advisor to the commander and staff on the brigade human resources (HR) program. Interprets policy and provides procedural guidance to the commander, staff members and individual military members.
