HR Sourcer

Description We are looking for an HR Sourcer to support talent identification and recruiting operations for a growing team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in candidate sourcing, HR administration, and employee relations who can help build talent pipelines while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards. The person in this role will work closely with hiring stakeholders to attract candidates with relevant experience, coordinate recruiting activities, and contribute to a smooth and well-organized hiring experience.
