Air Arabia is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee centralized payroll, staff travel, and employee services within Sharjah. The role will drive operational performance, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while leading a team dedicated to HR Shared Services.

The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience, particularly in the airline industry, and a proven ability to implement process improvements. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
