Responsibilities
- Execute and manage HR data transactions in Workday, including simple data entry and changes to employee records.
- Provide Tier1 assistance for HR‑related inquiries, acting as first point of contact for transaction processing.
- Support inquiries via phone for HR transactions such as employee, job, and data changes; compensation changes; requisitions; and general HR questions.
