HR Project and Testing Specialist (Vancouver)

S.i. Systems client is looking for an HR Project and Testing Specialist to do testing on a data migration into SAP Successfactors.

12‑month contract – high chance of renewal – 3 days a week onsite in Vancouver – 37.5 hours/week.

MUST HAVES

• 5-7 years of experience in leading projects and testing within technology, HRIS, IT transformation, or similar environments.
• Solid understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Diligent with strong organizational, tracking, and follow-through capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, SailPoint, ServiceNow) is an asset.
