Job Description
  • Lead the delivery of HR and payroll operational services.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and service performance.
  • Monitor service standards, process compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Review and resolve escalated HR and payroll-related issues.
  • Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and service continuity.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
