Opportunity Description
**Role Summary**:
The HR Partner, Customer Care will help build a people-first culture that delivers business results.
Providing expert HR consultation to both management and employees, as well as day-to-day HR support, within a Flowserve business unit.
Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer requests, (calls, chats, tickets) and provide guidance to associates and managers
- Consistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat, and telephony
- Provide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal
- Research solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as needed
- Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Adhering to Flowserve's safety, integrity, and code of conduct policies
- Other duties as required and assigned by manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business/HR
