As HR Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the HR team within a growing retail business, helping us provide an excellent, responsive and professional HR service to our stores, Head Office, warehouse teams and wider stakeholders. You will support managers and colleagues through key stages of the employee lifecycle, helping ensure our people processes are well organised, consistent and delivered with care.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support routine employee relations and absence management activity, contribute to the successful implementation of a new HR system, help build strong relationships across the business and support employee engagement initiatives that create a positive workplace environment.
