Mission

The HR Manager, Southeast Asia, is responsible for driving and executing the regional HR strategy in alignment with global guidelines, driving excellence in people practices, fostering a strong corporate culture, and supporting business growth through effective talent management and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Corporate HR teams in the design of strategies and be responsible for the implementation of all Southeast Asia HR strategies and policies, in consultation with the Country Director and Corporate HR at HQ in Madrid.
