This role is perfect for someonewho thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up . You’ll be the go‑to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and the validation of Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
