Job Description: HR Manager

We are seeking an operational HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, organizational development and payroll.

You will work closely together with the local leadership, while reporting into the HR EMEA organization, therefor experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage.

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
