HR Manager – Ceuta. The HR Manager is a hands‑on people leader supporting Hub Ceuta across multiple brands. This role partners closely with the GM Spain and local leadership team to deliver people strategies that support business performance, operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Leadership Support – Act as the primary HR partner to the GM Spain and leadership team; provide trusted, commercially‑sound people advice; coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and people decision‑making.
• Employee Relations & Spanish Employment Law – Serve as subject‑matter expert on Spanish employment law; lead and manage complex employee relations cases; advise on contracts, working time, absences, collective agreements and statutory obligations; partner with external counsel, works councils and unions; proactively identify employment law risks.
